## Required caveats
Always include source refreshedAt and isStale. Null timestamp means stale; response time is not price-update time. Exact NDC, strength/form and package need confirmation. Never infer daily dose or switch drugs. Include fees, exclusions, and separate optional membership cost ($18/quarter or $60/year). Delivery and extra service fees are excluded; eligibility requires confirmation. Missing drugs have no quote; patient-controlled request form only. Partial lists have no complete total. No PII, orders, prescriptions or patient submissions.
